Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Director to manage databases,
CRM, and analytics to support outreach efforts for global and US
campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee data architecture, optimize Salesforce CRM, and manage data
compliance
Create interactive dashboards and compile reports for internal
teams and funders
Manage a team and collaborate with leadership to track and report
relevant data
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience with data related to digital
marketing
At least 2 years of experience with BigQuery, SQL, or data
warehousing
In-depth experience with e-campaigning tools or CRMs like
Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables
Passion for climate justice and environmental protection
