Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Operations &
Fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy for product
availability and cost efficiency
Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance to ensure timely
delivery and cost control
Monitor and report on key operational metrics related to inventory
health and fulfillment costs
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing
roles, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment
Proven experience managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment
processes
Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and
modeling costs
Project management experience preferred, especially in managing
vendor timelines and system changes
Experience managing a small team or cross-functional contributors
is preferred
