Job Description:
A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Manager to support
the proposal development process for federal contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring
compliance with solicitation requirements
Collaborate with team members to develop proposal strategies and
win themes
Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity and
persuasiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a
related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal proposal management
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and
regulations
Proven track record of managing and winning large-scale
proposals
Proficiency in using proposal management tools and software
