Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Quality Systems and
Engineering to lead initiatives in quality systems and regulatory
compliance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to advance quality capabilities and foster a
culture of quality across the organization
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement automation
solutions for drug development programs
Oversee the electronic quality management system and ensure
compliance with GXP regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics,
or a Life Sciences field
7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly
in a GXP regulated environment
In-depth knowledge of GXP regulations for software development
Strong desire to apply AI technologies to enhance GXP processes
Passion for innovation and impact, even if not meeting every
requirement
