Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Coding Solutions focused
on Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational excellence in coding services and manage client
relationships
Lead the implementation of new clients and ensure adherence to
coding quality and project guidelines
Identify best practices and enhance operational workflows for
efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health
Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in medical coding or value-based care
operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in payer-side operations and risk-based
programs
Strong understanding of HCC coding practices and regulatory
guidelines
Ability to manage global teams and vendor relationships
