Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Student Activities and
the First-Year Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve student programs, services, and retention
efforts
Oversee the administration and planning of campus student
activities and orientation processes
Advise the Student Activities Board and supervise student leaders
and budgets
Required Qualifications
Master's degree preferred in higher education or a related
field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education-related
program planning
Experience in budget management and organizing multiple projects
simultaneously
Ability to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and
weekends
Combination of education and relevant experience may be
considered
