A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal value for asset management clients from data
management services
Build productive relationships with client associates and internal
service delivery teams
Act as a client advocate by collaborating directly with clients and
managing expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience
Proven ability to manage client relationships and operational
support activities
Experience in resolving technical issues and service
escalations
Strong collaboration skills across sales, support, and operational
teams
Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members
preferred
