Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the vendor governance framework and oversee
contract management
Evaluate vendor performance and mitigate risks related to
compliance and contract terms
Lead the Sourcing team and manage relationships with key
vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management,
Law, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in vendor management or contract
administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex vendor
contracts
Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and vendor
management tools
