Members.Beverage Operations Manager (Supply Chain Advisor)The
Beverage Operations Manager (Supply Chain Advisor) supports the
department in cultivating and capturing synergies across operations
functions within Niagara as we service existing and future
business. This includes driving alignment across the Procurement,
Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Transportation, Finance, IT,
QA and other operations functions supporting Beverage, with the
objective of driving execution and service to our customer base
while maximizing cost efficiency. The Manager will also work
closely with Manufacturing, Product Development, Engineering and
other teams throughout the Niagara network to ensure coordination
between internal departments and customer order fulfilment
expectations.Essential FunctionsKey liaison between manufacturing
quality department and customer/salesWork with the quality team at
HQ and plant to ensure there s clear process around all quality
documentation in line with the customer needsInitiate projects to
improve service level for customer and reduce production and
logistics complexity for Internal teams at NiagaraAccess the
financial and operational impacts of new product launches and
provide feedback to sales and program management on potential areas
of opportunityEnsure the increase in complexity for plant
operations are captured and budgeted for as new customers or
additional requirements/complexity come in.Document line capacities
and keep it updates as new products are commissioned and capacity
addedMaintain current schedule of rebuilds and retrofits that might
impact line capacity or abilityCollaborate with the intra-logistics
managers to ensure all quality parameters are met in our 3PL
networkCollaborate with manufacturing and planning to ensure line
changeovers between different product types are optimized to have
the best sequencing of product to maximize throughputManage the
service execution strategy for Niagara s Beverage Customer base.
This includes driving the overall service vision, strategy and
tactics (in collaboration with Niagara s various operations teams)
across our growing customer portfolio.Manage customer-specific
supply execution plans that meet/exceed relevant Key Performance
Indicators (KPI s) set forth in our Beverage Agreements.Drive
long-term strategies to ensure we meet/exceed our revenue growth
goals.Manage the operational execution relationships with our
customers, coordinating with Niagara s Beverage Sales team to
ensure long-term success.Collaborate with customers on their
operational KPI/data needs and work internally to Niagara to
facilitate and drive alignment and execution with those
needs.Optimize service, financial, and operational KPI s by
determining how best to improve and streamline customer needs
across Niagara s manufacturing and distribution network.Lead in the
implementation of system-wide solutions to minimize cost while
achieving targeted service levels to customers.Drive the
development, design and optimization of processes and systems
affecting our customer base.Please note that this job description
