Our goal is to elevate the lululemon product with a focus on the art and design of graphics to create a compelling consumer experience at retail. This team will drive graphic excellence through the connection of design, development and manufacturing. a day in the life

  • Design and explore new graphic applications for placement on product to compliment the special projects teams asks.
  • Research and participate in creating seasonal mood boards pertaining to trim design, graphic design, type design, fashion design that will best fit this program.
  • Create tech packs with detailed specifications that include size of graphic, special treatments, print techniques, color swatches, and art placement.
  • Develop bold new, emerging designs, and enhance existing concepts that will help build the collegiate program at its fullest.
  • Overall, maintaining the language we set for Graphics as a company and driving that vision from start to finish with collaboration within the partners we work with. qualifications
    • 4+ years industry experience
    • MA, BA, BFA, or BS in Design
    • Excel in Designing layouts , great sense of typography
    • Skilled in hand illustration
    • Excellent skill in Adobe CC: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
    • Ability to present creative ideas aligned with company's vision within each pod must haves

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $91,400-120,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
