Job Description Job Description A well-established construction company is seeking a dependable and experienced Class A Driver to support demolition, hauling, and site logistics across active projects. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys being part of the crew and contributing directly to jobsite progress. The position offers consistent work, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to increased responsibility over time for the right individual. Key Responsibilities Operate Class A dump trucks, including combination vehicles pulling equipment trailers for transporting skid steers and other jobsite equipment Assist with demolition activities, including loading, debris removal, site cleanup, and operating a skid steer for demolition support Support field crews with general labor and material handling as needed Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance Coordinate hauling schedules with field leadership Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Represent the company professionally on all jobsites Opportunity for Growth & Ownership Take initiative with hauling and site logistics Become a trusted, go-to field resource on assigned projects Help maintain safety, efficiency, and jobsite flow Opportunity to grow into increased responsibility or foreman-type duties over time Leadership expectations will align with experience and interest Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a solid driving record Experience driving dump trucks in construction environments Experience with demolition, site work, or general construction, including skid steer operation Reach lift or excavator operation experience preferred but not required Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices Willingness to work hands-on — this is not a drive-only position Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
