Key Responsibilities
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights for strategy
improvement
Develop and implement strategies to identify new opportunities and
scale existing campaigns
Manage and optimize paid social accounts, ensuring effective
execution of campaigns
Required Qualifications
Experience as a full funnel direct response e-commerce performance
marketer
3-5 years managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in DTC paid social
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision
making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent organizational skills with a systems-oriented
approach
