Environment! Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an experienced
and dynamic Permanent Supervising International Tax Senior to join
our vibrant Accounting and Finance team. This role will be a key
player in managing and overseeing international tax operations,
including compliance, consulting, and planning. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in F, GILTI, PFIC, foreign tax
credit, income tax treaty, tax compliance, domestic tax, and
dealing with high net worth individuals (HNW/HNWI), entities, and
corporations. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the
preparation and review of international tax returns for high net
worth individuals, entities, and corporations. Provide expert
advice on international tax issues, including F, GILTI, PFIC,
foreign tax credit, and income tax treaty matters. Oversee the tax
compliance process, ensuring all international tax filings are
accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Develop and implement
effective tax planning strategies for clients, aiming to minimize
tax liabilities and ensure compliance with domestic and
international tax laws. Lead and mentor a team of tax
professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
improvement. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to
address and resolve tax-related issues. Stay abreast of changes in
international tax regulations and legislation, ensuring the company
and clients are fully compliant and informed. Analyze complex tax
information and reports, providing clear and concise summaries for
senior management and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in
Taxation or a CPA certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5
years of experience in international tax, with a focus on F, GILTI,
PFIC, foreign tax credit, and income tax treaty matters. Proven
experience in dealing with high net worth individuals (HNW/HNWI),
entities, and corporations. Comprehensive knowledge of
international tax compliance and domestic tax laws. Strong
leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a
team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable
manner. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize
work, and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and
