Key Responsibilities
Support customers' payroll tax activities, ensuring compliance with
regulations and filing tax returns
Enhance and support the online payroll tax engine using payroll and
tax expertise along with customer feedback
Research and resolve customer tax notices and assist Full Service
customers with payroll tax issues
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated and dependable
Passionate about customer service
Ability to quickly learn multi-state payroll and tax
regulations
Experience in handling payroll tax issues
Willingness to adapt to change and deliver exceptional customer
experiences
