Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Equity Specialist responsible
for originating high-quality home equity line of credit loans.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed loan production goals and manage pipeline
reports
Prospect for new HELOC customers and educate them on products and
eligibility
Gather documentation, evaluate applications, and coordinate loan
closings
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a loan officer, preferably with HELOC
expertise
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
preferred
Proficiency with loan origination/processing software systems
Knowledge of lending guidelines, laws, and regulations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment
