Job Description:

Salary: $22 - $24 / Hour

Maxim Healthcare Services Alhambra Office is hiring for a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism within the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors

Document child progress and milestones

Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Provides behavior support services and crisis intervention

Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor

Qualifications:

Active RBT certificate

Passion for working with children with special needs

Strong communication skills

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience required

Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one

Computer proficiency required

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate between $22 - $24 based on experience, education, and certification

$50 referral bonus
